At SOUL (A Source Of Unconditional Love), every child’s journey matters — and on 27th July 2025, we came together to celebrate that journey at our Annual Program and Scholarship Day, beautifully titled “Alor Pothe 2025” – meaning On the Path of Light.
This annual celebration was not just an event; it was a reflection of dreams nurtured, promises fulfilled, and milestones achieved — together.
A Day to Remember
The community hall was filled with excitement and energy as tribal students, their families, donors, volunteers, and supporters gathered to mark this special occasion. The event featured:
Colourful cultural performances by our young students
Felicitation of 35+ scholarship awardees
Motivational speeches from Vice President and the Founder
A delightful magic show and group activities
Heart-touching testimonials from parents and learners
Honouring Our Brightest Stars
This year’s Scholarship Awards honoured:
35+ tribal students for academic progress and creative contributions (including birthday videos for SOUL)
15 students recognized for discipline, attendance, education, and cultural participation
These students are the first in their families to dream big — as teachers, nurses, and social workers. Our ALLP mothers, once crab collectors, now read and write with confidence.
