SOUL offers a refund policy to donors in cases where a donation was made in error, such as duplicate payments or an incorrect amount due to technical issues.
To request a refund, donors must notify SOUL via email or letter within 15 calendar days of the donation date. Refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days of receiving the request. Refund details will be provided via email or letter, and the refund will be made online after donors provide complete account details.
Please note that refunds will be issued in INR (Indian Rupees), and currency rates at the time of the refund will apply.
